Email [email protected]. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two business days.

It helps if you include your device model, your iOS version, the name of your organization, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Report something in the app

You do not need to email us to report abuse. Inside Rally you can:

• Report a message or post — press and hold it, then choose Report. Reported content is hidden from you immediately and reviewed.
• Block a member — you stop seeing their messages and posts, and they stop seeing yours.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. We cannot respond to emergencies.

Delete your account

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account. This removes your profile, your memberships, your messages, and your location history. It cannot be undone.

Dues records your organization is required to keep may be retained in anonymized form so a treasurer's ledger does not break. Nothing in that record identifies you.

Common questions

My sign-in code did not arrive

Codes are eight digits and can take a minute. Check spam. If it still has not landed, request a new one and make sure the address is the one your organization has on file.

Why does the map show nothing?

Location sharing is off until you turn it on, and it only works while Rally is open. Nobody outside your organization can ever see you, and ghost mode hides you from everyone instantly.

I paid dues but my balance has not changed

Cash and payment-app transfers are recorded by your treasurer by hand, so there is a delay. Ask your treasurer first; if the record still looks wrong, email us.

How do I leave an organization?

Ask an admin of that organization to remove you, or delete your account. An organization's last remaining admin cannot leave without promoting someone else first.
