Terms of Use

Last updated August 24, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Rally. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Rally.

Zero tolerance. Rally has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Accounts that post it are removed, and content that violates these terms is deleted, typically within 24 hours of a report.

1. Who may use Rally

You must be at least 13 years old. Rally is built for members of college and university organizations. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Rally permission to store and display it so the app can function — showing your message to your chat thread, your event on your organization's calendar, your position on your organization's map.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

3. Rules of conduct

You may not use Rally to:

4. Reporting and enforcement

Every message and post can be reported inside the app by pressing and holding it. Every member can be blocked.

Reported content is hidden from the reporting user immediately. Content that violates these terms is removed and the responsible account is suspended or permanently removed, typically within 24 hours of a report. We may act without notice where the content is severe.

There is no appeal for content involving minors, credible threats of violence, or coordinated harassment.

5. Location

Location sharing is optional and off until you turn it on. It works only while Rally is open. Do not use another person's location to follow, surveil, or pressure them; doing so is a violation of these terms and may be a crime.

6. Dues and payments

Dues are owed to your organization, not to Rally. Rally records what your organization bills and what you pay. Rally is not a party to that obligation, does not hold your money, and is not the merchant of record. Disputes about an amount owed are between you and your organization.

Paying dues does not unlock any feature, content, or capability inside Rally. Every member has the same access whether or not they have paid.

7. Your organization's role

Admins of your organization can approve or remove members and change roles. Treasurers can create dues cycles and record payments. Rally does not mediate internal disputes within an organization.

8. Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.

9. No warranty

Rally is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that data will never be lost. Do not rely on Rally as the only record of anything important, including financial records.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rally is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Rally after a change means you accept it.
